SCA Hygiene Velvet Roadshow
In November 2008 an exciting idea to make money for the Make a Wish charity became a reality - To create the largest image from tea lights in order to break a world record. In conjunction with Disney - pins were sold in all Tesco stores enabling the cost of 27,000 LED tea lights to be accrued. This meant the charity secured 1 euro from every pin sold in a store and amazingly the record was achieved.
The Tesco Charity Ball is an annual event which sees the retail community gather to celebrate in style, all in aid of a good cause.
