We approached the recognition awards as being bigger than the live ceremony, with the need to engage as many of the 1,800 colleagues as possible in the nomination and voting process. To this end we created a bespoke website outlining each of the categories and allowing colleagues to vote for their peers. To generate engagement we sent promotional kits to all depots and pharmacies with branded merchandise, posters, balloons, stickers and cup-cakes. We also created content for use in PHX’s internal communications channels to promote the initiative.

The gala ceremony was held in Teeling’s Distillery, and was designed around PHX’s corporate values and culture, with 8 categories awarded. The ceremony included a red carpet arrival, a champagne and canapé reception, several entertainment acts and an after show party.

We helped to amplify the initiative beyond the live event access the organisation, by creating audio-visual assets for use in PHX’s internal communications channels and social media accounts.
