Celebrating colleague

efforts in the challenging times of COVID-19.

THE ASK

Help stage the inaugural recognition awards, a virtual event celebrating brilliance across McKesson Ireland’s 1,800 colleagues.

THE RESPONSE

Inspired by Winning Streak the event was broadcast live from a TV production studio via a customised live streaming platform designed to maximise interactivity for the viewers at home.

The overall production included a TV-quality studio set up, state-of-the-art TV cameras, 12 remote live link-ups, 12 pre-recorded videos, as well as managing an on-demand live comments section &
competition elements.

We worked across the entire process from concept, through to colleague engagement, nomination process, staging, filming, editing, graphics, live show management and broadcasting.

THE RESULT

Almost 1,000 people viewed the show, half of the total workforce, generating over 4,000 live interactions on the shows feeds.

Huge company-wide engagement in the awards initiative, with almost one in three colleagues nominated for an award by their peers.
