TL;DR: Backup partnered with the North-West Local Enterprise Offices to transform their annual jobs fair into a high-impact virtual event — delivering a fully immersive online experience. From platform design and business onboarding to multi-channel promotion and registration build, we managed the entire process end-to-end.

 

The result was a 65% increase in attendance, with 424 jobseekers engaging directly with 30+ employers, averaging 16 company interactions per attendee. Nearly 300 candidates applied for live roles, proving the virtual format not only scaled reach but drove meaningful employment outcomes.
