THE ASK

Create a new type of industry fundraiser for the Irish Grocery Benevolent Fund, unlike standard black tie industry events, that would help introduce the charity to a new generation of professionals.

THE RESPONSE

Stocked Festival is the first ever bespoke charity music festival for the Irish grocery industry. 

 

A 50 Acre site, over 1,000 guests, 20 acts, 3 stages, 10 food stands & 7 bars.

 

Headlined by Gavin James, Soulé & Deirdre O’Kane. This all-inclusive charity fundraiser event celebrates music, comedy, food and drink. Sponsors who activated at the event include Heineken, Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Coca-Cola, Schweppes, Cadbury, Glenisk, Nestle and Pringles. 


Backup worked across the full end-to-end management of the event, from initial concept, design and brand identity right through to production, marketing & sales.

THE RESULT

On the day, over 1,000 attendees from across the Irish retail industry gathered at Orlagh House & Estate to connect, celebrate and show their support for a great cause.

We’re proud to have achieved a ‘zero landfill’ policy for an event of this scale, minimising the festival's environmental impact.
