CAPITAL DOCK EVENTS

Creating a schedule of events that put a major urban development on the map.

THE ASK

Help to launch Capital Dock; a mixed-use development with residential, commercial and retail tenants as a premium and lively destination in Dublin’s Docklands.

As a new location, it was critical that the development has a vibrant culture that can live beyond 9 to 5 office hours.

THE RESPONSE

Capital Dock Events -

Working with the estate management, we created a place branding campaign and a 12 month calendar of events, designed to engage tenants, residents, and the wider community surrounding the Docklands.

We created buzz and gathered registrations for each event through a variety of marketing methods including geo-targeted social media campaigns and email marketing.

THE RESULT

Over the past year, we have planned, executed and managed a full calendar of events, including seasonal events (Christmas light up, Summer garden party) sporting events (exercise classes, Wimbledon viewing parties, sporting tournaments) and more topical events (International Women's Day, Mental Health Week).

These events have created a great buzz within the area, attracting large numbers of people, and putting Capital Dock as a destination on the map.
